Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers amazing rooms at the back of the property, but being far from the fitness club may be a downside. The service exceeds expectations in most areas but fell short on some amenities. The location is excellent, providing a lovely view of the beach, although it is right on the main seafront road. Dining options are plentiful, but some areas are under construction. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.
After taking a dip in the hot tub to escape from noisy children, I found the hotel to have nice rooms overlooking the pool, although they could use a little updating. The service at the Harbor Inn was available and helpful overall, despite a few hiccups locating my reservation. The location, close to State Street and with a beautiful view, made the stay a pleasant and convenient one. While the dining experience at Jeanine's was just okay, the Indonesian dishes were a notable highlight. The facilities offered everything needed for a comfortable stay.
My stay at the hotel was amazing. The room I stayed in was really nice, with high ceilings and a big bathtub. It was a block and a half away from the main hotel, but that didn't bother me much because it was quiet and very clean. The service was exceptional, from the front desk to the bellhop to housekeeping. However, given the price, I wouldn't recommend it to family, friends, clients, or colleagues. The location was perfect, especially with the beautiful view overlooking the pool and the ocean. The dining experience was just okay, with basic offerings, but the one day we tried it, it was excellent. The facilities overall were great.
Staying at the hotel was a great experience overall. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, offering a fantastic view above the garage. The staff was friendly and helpful, although some minor inconveniences were found. The location was ideal, with easy access to downtown restaurants and shops, making it a convenient choice for travelers. The dining experience was satisfactory, with good options available, and the facilities added value to the stay.
The hotel is perfectly situated, just across the road from the beach and around the corner from State Street with a variety of dining options. The rooms are modern, clean, and inviting, and the staff goes out of their way to accommodate requests. However, the dining experience is currently under construction, and the price could be a bit higher than expected considering some amenities are not fully functional.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The rooms were big, clean, and beautifully staged, offering a wonderful view of the ocean. While slightly dated, they were very clean, large, and incredibly comfortable. The service was exceptional, from the friendly front desk to the helpful bellhop and efficient housekeeping. Located on a quiet street just across from the beach and Stearn's Wharf, this hotel provided an idyllic base to explore Santa Barbara. The dining options were decent, though not exceptional, and the price was reasonable for the value received.
My stay at the Thistle Heathrow in London was a mix of convenience and slight inconvenience. The hotel's room in the north wing required a bit of walking to reach the main reception and pool, with a busy restaurant and coffee shop along the way. Unfortunately, the room didn't provide an unobstructed view of the oven.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly spacious and clean, with one of the largest bathrooms I've ever seen, perfect for those who appreciate ample space and great lighting for makeup and getting ready. The view of the ocean from the room was truly delightful. The service was friendly and helpful, with the only drawback being the lack of communication about additional charges. The location was perfect, right on State Street, close to the train station, and offering breathtaking ocean views. The dining experience was excellent, especially at Jenines. Overall, a great value for money with wonderful facilities and amenities.
